The modular pump tubes by Lutz are suitable for almost all applications, in which thin-bodied and slightly viscous media need to be pumped. The design of the pump tubes permits a sealless version of the pump tube as well as a version with mechanical seal. An optimal equipment with impeller (L) or rotor (R) of the pump tube can be chosen for your special application. Pump tube material can be chosen between:

• Hastelloy-C

The standard immersion depths are:

• 700 mm
• 1000 mm
• 1200mm

Special lengths are available for lengths 200-2500mm on request.

Lutz® range of motors is wide; there are motors for Ex areas, motors with speed controllers, electric and compressed air motors, etc. Also the motors and pump tubes are interchangeable and therefore the optimal pump & motor combination is easily and definately found.

Lutz® B70V is a powerful pump that is ideal match for semi-viscous or even high viscous media. Eccentric screw pumps are absolute specialists in the gentle pumping of liquids. Pump tube is always in stainless steel and for stator materials NBR, Viton and PTFE can be selected. For inflammable liquids you find explosion proof B70V pump.
